Refund Policy
At The Original Lobster Co., we hope you love your wetsuit! However, if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
How to Request a Refund:

Contact Us: To begin the return process, please contact us at theoriginallobsterco@gmail.com. Include your proof of purchase (order number) in the email.

Return Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be sent back to us in its original condition for the return to be processed.

Inspection and Refund: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at theoriginallobsterco@gmail.com. In your email, include photographs or videos of the damage or issue to help us assess the situation. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that if you are returning an item due to change of mind, the return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item safely reaches us.
